Time with God for Fathers

Time with God for Fathers is a succinct read but also a powerful one as well.  Written in devotional format this book offers insight into the relationship of a Father with the Lord, his family, and his children.  Each of the 90 devotionals begins with a Bible passage, then a short thought that you can think about in the back of your mind throughout the day.   I would recommend this book as a great gift for many events but a new father especially. 

It is the well nourished Christian family who is lead by a Christ loving Christian man.  This book offers that man the deeper thoughts and more intimate faith that a true Christian family man needs.

Thank You, God, For Mommy By Amy Parker

Thank you, God, for Mommy by Amy Parker is a cute 24  page book aimed for  young children. On each set of 2 pages there is a little poem that starts with Thank you, God For Mommy. The little cub is thanking God for all the things his mommy does from taking care of him, fixing his boo boos, or just smiling at him.

This book is very cute. The pictures were colorful and attractive to keep the attention of my 8 month old. At the same time my 3 year old was very into the book. My wife thought this was a very adorable book and as a mom, said it was a very meaningful book to read to our boys.
